Now I want to introduce one of the most famous restaurants to you. It's named cool fish (YUKU), and it is famous for baked fish. Last Wednesday, several of my friends and me went to YUKU to have a try. It's on Hangtian street and in a corner where is hard to find. When we arrived there at 6:30 pm, there were still empty rooms. We took one room. It was a modern room with plastic seats and vitreous table, far from my imagining. In my opinion, it should be a classical room with wooden furniture. The menu was a big picture on the table. There were four kinds of baked fish, super hot fish, hot and numb fish, lobster sauce fish and piccalilli fish. I can't describe them with proper words. Besides fish, there were only dishes cold and dressed with sauce, such as peanut with vinegar, bamboo shoot, broiled duck neck, duck intestines, bean curd, and so on. All of these tasted well, some of them a little hot I think. There was a interesting dish, which was called lucky bucket. There were some pole with different meat and vegetable, you could not know what they were until you picked out one, of course, if you choose meat you are lucky guy, as to vegetarian, it's different. About half hour later, our fish was done. I think the most delicious fish is baked fish. Meat of fish was tender, and it tasted well. However, I could not use delicious to describe it, because it was a little salty. And we ordered some vegetable and some Chinese cake, and then put them into the sauce of the fish dish, that tasted well too. All in all, if only you have dinner with your best friends, all dishes will taste delicious and you will have a good dinner. So, thank you my dear friends, you are the most important dishes.
