Hooters of Pudong, hosted its grand opening celebration on May 19, 2006. This is the 2nd Hooters location in China, of the 4 slated to be open by this year’s end, including one in Beijing and the other in Hangzhou
Hooters Pudong is about as American as a restaurant/bar in Shanghai can get. Buckets of chicken wings, picthers of cold beer, college basketball on the TVs, and of course, HOOTERS............paraphernalia for sale everywhere.
If you are looking for a traditional Chinese meal, or traditional Chinese culture, you should stay as far away from this place as possible. You will be sadly disappointed. |
