when we talk abaut food is something subjective,because food is subjet to the palate and this can be very much different interpretation,I thing that my personal palate is well trained to the food because i like to eat, and among many kind of food available in the world one of my prefered is italian,because i work in this great city for is all offer i tray the normal italian restaurant and upscale,but many of them when become real in autenticy in flavor regional origin wich Italy is full of diversification and is culinary history is rich the reality is that become just eatble,but one inpress me more in taste flavor ,and specific from south of italy is the AD DOMUS this restaurant is an experience in all the sense,the service is warmly home style the food is truly italian and the chef ANTONIO owner is the most real italian chef in the sense of autenticity

I,D chance to taste some of speciality dishes of this fantastic italian restaurant the AD DOMUS and i like to comment ;THE TUNA TARTARE was well seasod and the texure was very fresh THE RISOTTO WITH TRUFFLE AND BAROLO WINE SAUCE melted in armony in my palate for dessert i ordered THE SPECTACULAR WHITE TRUFFLE IC
E CREAM COATED WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE was sublime
